I’m an 1800-rated coach and have hit a 2100 puzzle rating – and yes, I’m obsessed with tactics. But here’s what sets me apart: I don’t teach memorization. I teach understanding. Every lesson is built around one question: “Why does this move work?” Because when you truly grasp a position, the right move stops feeling like a guess – it starts feeling obvious.

Why create this?

I started ChessAbility because my favourite part of chess is not the game itself (and yes I love the game) but the people I share it with. The conversation and friendships made over a game of chess is what I want to share developing skills and tactics together. With ChessAbility you can make time to learn and develop chess skills individually or in groups sessions fostering new relationships.
